  • When you think about low testosterone, you typically think of it as an "old man" problem but this could not be further from the truth. I have been in the health/fitness realm for close to 13 years now and I can tell you that something is going on with the male population. There is a total testosterone collapse in society and what is truly shocking about this is that this is more visible among males that are still relatively young.

    I became familiar with Daniel Kelly's work nearly 3 years ago when I saw him featured in interviews with Jay Campbell.

    What really made this a complete work was the fact that he went above and beyond to include info on working out, diet/supplementation, and even spiritual fitness.

    This is seriously one of the best books I have ever read in the realm of health and fitness.

  • I have to say that I feel immense gratitude for Daniel Kelly after reading this life changing book! Finally someone tackles the real issue facing us young men. Not only does Daniel do an amazing job outlining the game plan to get our life on track, but he does it in an easy to read manner. Hormone optimization! You have to get your blood work done, find a good Dr. that actually knows what he or she is doing and make the changes.
